
Three Expert Attorneys to Present SMC³’s Contract Law Seminar
Motor, Ocean and Rail Laws and Regulations Will Be Addressed
Peachtree City, GA - April 4, 2005—SMC³’s Contract Law Seminar will go global by covering motor, ocean and rail contracts. The seminar will provide a thorough immersion in the laws and statutes governing the movement of freight by the three primary modes of surface transportation.
Three of the nation’s leading transportation attorneys will speak about unique modal contract elements, key agreement clauses and how to write agreements to afford mutual protection for the global movement of goods.
