Brooks has held a variety of positions in his 40 years at SMC³. In 2000 he joined SMC³ Sales as a sales associate, based on his extensive knowledge of SMC³’s tariff structures and rating systems. Today, Brooks is a critical part of the SMC³ sales team, answering current and prospective customers’ questions regarding SMC³’s products and services, and helping them choose the solution that best fits their rating needs.
