 Robert D. Moseley, Jr. Rob Moseley concentrates in civil litigation and is also the Chairman of the Transportation Practice Group of Smith Moore Leatherwood, LLP. He represents the parties to transportation contracts, including shippers, trucking companies, brokers, forwarders and other logistics providers. Additionally, Moseley represents trucking companies and their insurance carriers in disputes involving commercial transportation accidents, FMCSA and state public service commission regulations, commercial insurance coverage disputes, freight claims, and other disputes involving trucking companies and logistics companies. Moseley is on the board of directors of the South Carolina Trucking Association, a member of the Safety & Loss Prevention Management Council of the American Trucking Associations and a member of both the National Truck & Heavy Equipment Claims Council and the Association for Transportation Law, Logistics and Policy. |
