FAQ's

What should I use for my Login ID? Your Login ID can be any alpha-numeric combination that you choose (something that will be easy for you to remember). It is not to be shared.

What is the difference between the password and account pin? Each user will have an individual password that they choose, and will use every time they login. The account pin is the same for all users under the same SMC³ Customer Number. The account pin is chosen by the account administrator when they register. They must pass this pin on to any users that they authorize to sign up under their SMC³ Customer Number.

Why doesn't my login work? If you have signed up as the Account Administrator, your login will only work after you receive an email from SMC³ indicating that your account has been activated. If you have received such an email, and still cannot login, please email our account administrator.
